2. Main characteristics of the service
SEOLOK is an online software service (SaaS) that collects Google Search Console, ranking, backlink, Core Web Vitals and Google Analytics data and produces signal scores, suggestions and reports. You can buy 1 or 12 months of prepaid use of a plan and credit packs for Boost campaigns. Plan contents and limits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
3. Price and payment
The total price including all taxes is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order. Payment is taken once by card via iyzico (Türkiye) or Stripe (abroad), or by bank transfer to the company account shown at checkout; with a bank transfer the service starts on the day the money arrives. Card details never reach SEOLOK. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. The first plan purchase carries the 30-day ranking guarantee (refund of the payment if its conditions are not met) as set out in the Terms.
4. Performance
The service is activated on the buyer's account electronically as soon as the payment is confirmed and is available for the chosen period. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. Before paying, the buyer consents to the immediate start of the service and accepts that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. Refund terms for unused Boost credits are in the Terms of Use.
6. Complaints
Requests and complaints can be sent to info@seolok.com. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the statutory limits or to the consumer courts of İstanbul (Merkez).
