Data controller
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Secesta Software Solutions (Istanbul) as data controller within the scope described below.
Personal data processed
Identity and contact data (name, email), account and transaction security data (login records, IP), Search Console data you authorize through your Google account, and billing information.
Purposes and legal basis
Establishing and performing the service contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), fulfilling legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç), security and service improvement under legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) and, where required, your explicit consent (art. 5/1).
Transfers
To provide the service, data is transferred to servers located in Germany and to sub-processors established abroad (Google, DataForSEO, payment providers) under KVKK art. 9 with the required safeguards in place.
Collection method
Data is collected electronically through the sign-up form, Google OAuth authorization, in-app actions and server logs.
Your rights under KVKK art. 11
To learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
