Scope
This policy applies to every user of seolok.com and the SEOLOK application. The data controller is Secesta Software Solutions (Istanbul, Türkiye).
Data we process
Account data (name, email, language preference); site performance data obtained through the read-only Search Console access you grant with your Google account; publicly available ranking and performance data from DataForSEO and the Chrome UX Report; usage and error logs.
Purposes
Providing the service, computing signal scores and actions, generating reports, billing, keeping the service secure and meeting legal obligations.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in Germany (EU). Access tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM. Every customer's data is isolated at tenant level. When an account is closed, data is deleted within 30 days.
Third parties
Data is shared only with the sub-processors needed to provide the service: Google (Search Console API), DataForSEO (ranking data), Chrome UX Report, payment providers (iyzico, Stripe) and ad networks for Boost campaigns. Data is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your data. Requests go to info@seolok.com and are answered within 30 days at the latest.
