Data exports and reports
Download site audit issues, broken links, and the full page list as CSV.
Steps
- 1
Go to Site Audit from the site menu.
- 2
Click the download icon at the top-right of the issues list — a CSV file for that issue type downloads.
- 3
To export all crawled pages, switch to the All pages tab and click the same icon.
- 4
To export broken links, go to the Links tab from the site menu and click the CSV icon.
- 5
To download your full sites list, use the Download CSV link on the My Sites page.
Why it matters
CSV exports make it easy to share findings with clients or move data into your own Excel or Google Sheets analysis. Because SEOLOK pulls data directly from Google Search Console, there is no extra preparation step: the CSV you download always carries up-to-date data filtered the same way as the dashboard.
If you get stuck
If the CSV comes back empty, the crawl may not have finished yet — wait a few minutes and retry. If the file does not open, try Notepad++ or Numbers; Excel sometimes misreads UTF-8 files — use Data > Get External Data > From Text and select UTF-8 encoding. If you get fewer rows than expected, a bot-protection rule on your hosting may be blocking the crawler; check your hosting settings.
